The Study For The Problem Of Cost Overruns Of Long Distance Water Transfer Project

As we all know,our country is facing the serious problem of water scarcity and water pollution currently.Water diversion project is an effective way to solve the uneven distribution of water resources.Water diversion project has become a trend on water conservancy sector in the world.This paper has had the study of cost overruns problem of long distance water transfer project by taking the background of conservancy sector of summarizing the characteristics of long distance water transfer project domestic and international.Based on arrangement graph and the effect diagram,analyze the causes of long distance water transfer project overruns.Using probability density function(PDF)to count the characteristics of cost overruns of the method of analysis of variance to analyze the cost overruns of engineering project.The research results are as the following:(1)Based on the summary of projects domestic and international in the area of investment control and overspending problem,describing the characteristics and investment control mechanism of long distance water transfer projects.(2)Based on arrangement graph and the flow diagram;analyze the causes of long distance water transfer project overruns,using the statistical probability methods to count the cost overruns of project.(3)Use the method of analysis of variance to analyze the cost overruns of engineering project.
