Design Of Elevator Integrated Controller

Due to the rapid development of the modern city,elevators are being more and more used,and have become a necessary transportation way in our life,thus its running performance and safety performance will have more influence on people's life.On the base of ensuring its safe running,how to increase the elevator's whole performance and running efficiency will be our target to gain.Meanwhile,the control system can be called the brain of the elevator,which could control the elevator running efficiently,so it becomes very important to design and improve the control system.Through the study of the integration of the elevator controller,this thesis combines the elevator's controlling technology and motor driving technology together,design of an elevator integrated control system,which includes the host controller,MCTC-CTB,MCTC-HCB,MCTC-CCB,MCTC-GCB,MCTC-IE,etc.In this thesis,current,voltage sampling circuit and protection circuit are designed.The system becomes more integrated after designing CAN communication system,which could make both inner and outer display boards showing all statues of the elevator,and let the controller control the elevator after receiving all signals.The software part offers functions such as users management,real-time monitoring and data storage,which brings more convenience to the users.It also designs emergency operation and rescue operation when power is off,which could assure to rescue the trapped people when power is off or other emergency situation.The design and operation of this system would increase the safety and stability of the elevator's running,and decrease the electrical touching points of the controlling system,which would decrease fault rate,as well as make the self inspection and repair of the elevator fault easy to process.
