With the rapid development of our social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the models of buildings become rich and vivid increasingly. Lots of tall building structural forms appear, which is formed by multi-towers that are connected with steel corridors. Generally, these steel skybridges are large, and the types also gradually develop from the traditional straight corridors to curved and folding line corridors.The traditional formwork construction methods are difficult to build the steel skybridge, for its large span and huge weight. In recent years, with the improvement of construction technology, the steel skybridges are generally adopted in construction.In the processing of integral lifting, there is high controlling requirement for the aerial postures of lifting objects. For the traditional straight steel corridors, you may get a good aerial posture by evenly adjusting the lifting point force, which have been placed symmetrically. However, for the heterogenic steel corridors including curved and folding line steel corridors, the above controlling methods can't achieve the expected results. The corresponding technical methods research of the aerial postures controlling in the integral lifting processing of heterogenic steel corridors, which have important meaning for the development of domestic construction technology.Based on the engineering background of Foshan Metro City, this paper studied the controlling method of aerial postures in the processing of integral lifting with asymmetric multi-suspension ways, the followings are my research contents.1, The nonlinear characteristic research of balance hoisting point force in the integral lifting of heterogenic steel corridors.which stated the whole process is a non-linear process;2, The sensitivity analysis, about how the adjusting of lifting point force influence the posture changes in the lifting of heterogenic steel corridors. Which stated, it is workable to get the balance by initial adjusting sensitive steel sling first then further adjusting insensitive steel sling, when structure deviating from the ideal state farther;3, The optimization algorithm research of suitable lifting point force adjustment in the lifting of heterogenic steel corridors, proved that, it is a quick method to get convergent results and reach structure optimizing goal by the iterative numericalcalculation of nonlinear influence matrix.
