With the continuous development and innovation in the automotive industry, lightweight automobile has become a hot topic, however, the first consideration is the development and application of new lightweight materials, so carbon fiber reinforced composites have entered our field of vision. Carbon fiber reinforced composites can meet the requirements of lightweight and even performance for a large extent, but the fiber orientation has brought us new problems, the different orientation of the status of our products will be uneven, warping deformation and a series of defects. The filling stage is very important in the process of injection molding, changes of temperature can cause structural changes in the molecular chain of plastics, change of temperature can cause structural changes in the molecular chain of plastics, fiber orientation change, and these changes will directly affect the quality of products.In this paper, based on the car a large panel as the research object, study on injection molding technology and properties of carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced large automobile panels. First, to analyzed the carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced composites molding mechanism, the fiber simulation is carried out by an example, numerical simulation of the orientation of carbon fiber and glass fiber with different gate locations and different filling rates. Secondly, the process parameters were selected by Minitab, the mould temperature, injection time, P/V conversion and cooling temperature were selected as the main influence factors, using response surface method and orthogonal test method to optimize the main technological parameters, with each parameter change arrangement experiment, the research index of warping deformation, the significance of the process parameters on the warping deformation is obtained, the results of carbon fiber reinforced: packing pressure>injection time> packing time> melt temperature. The result of the glass fiber reinforced: packing time> injection time>packing pressure>melt temperature, And find out the best combination of process parameters. Use the Single factor test on fibre content, the influence of the change of fiber content on the warping deformation is obtained, under the same fiber content of 30%, the warping deformation of carbon fiber and glass fiber. Finally, filled with tale powder to improve plastic performance were studied, the influence of different talc content on shrinkage rate was obtained; research of numerical simulation of automotive interiors commonly used materials PP, PP+PE, PC, PA66, PC+ABS, simulation and analysis of the same 30% carbon fiber/glass fiber under the same process parameters, it is concluded that all the simulated values of deformation, cooling deformation, shrinkage deformation, orientation deformation and maximum shear stress(warping) are obtained. For the actual production of products to carry out tensile test, under the tensile machine to reach its maximum load, elongation at break, and to calculate its tensile strength.
