With the speeding up of the process of national economic construction, more and more high-rise and super high-rise buildings appear around us, and with the development of subway construction, the deep foundation pit projects are constantly emerging, and deep foundation pit projects in cities often are surrounded by many buildings, roads and underground pipelines, which makes the construction process of deep foundation pit engineering stability and deformation and so forth problems becomes more and more important.In this paper, relying on Nanchang City Rail Transit Line 2 first stage engineering 1 tender part, the National Sports Center Subway Station to practical engineering, aiming at the whole stability of deep excavation engineering while constructing to study. Based on the analysis of three present stage main deep foundation pit maintenance methods' construction characteristics and advantages and disadvantages, using finite element software MIDAS GTS on three different maintenance methods in the construction process of retaining structure of deep horizontal displacement, bending moment value, a horizontal supporting internal force change and soil around the settlement and for detailed analysis and comparison, and get some useful conclusions, finally to the National Sports Center Subway Station on-site monitoring as the basis, expounds the problems should be paid attention to in the field monitoring, compares the monitoring data and the theoretical analysis data and verify the theoretical data is correct, and provide help for the similar topography of deep foundation pit engineering in the future.
