Key Techniques In Three-dimensional Electronic Manual

Traditional publishing content has the following disadvantages: information descripetion monotone,user understanding difficulties,effict is not good.Combine with the secondary development of Pro/E,the laboratory develop a three-dimensional electronic manual,the three-dimensional electronic manual contains the explosion of the model,the rapid production of atlas,fast labeling of the model, quick production of disassembly animation,schematic diagram associated with models and pictures,The content of this paper includes two parts:the first one is quick production of disassembly animation,the second one is schematic diagram associated with models and pictures.In this paper, I first analyze the existing methods of the production of disassembly animation:using Pro/E's own tool to creat a model of disassembly animation,animation production efficiency is low,high requirements for designers and operation is complex,the most serious problem is the production of animation lack of view conversion function and can't add comment information for the model.This will lead to production of the disassembly animation can't achieve the desired effect.In order to improve the animation production efficient,reduce the difficulty of animation production.The key point of this paper is put forward:base on the secondary development of Pro/E,achieve the following techniques:automatic acquisition of the path and sequence of the model and transformation method for disassembly animation view.Those technologies form a quick disassembling animation production technology,using the technique can do many things, like the number of steps can be automatically generated,automatic switch view and add tags to the disassembly animation,finally,the process of assembling and assembling animation is illustrated with an example of a loader.Then, with a brief analysis of the general used schematic diagram in mechanical engineering, engineering machinery industry in process of making manual has an important module is the production of the schematic diagram,all the imformation is reflected in this chart,but there are some problems,the introduction of hydraulic components is too simple and monotonous and only experienced master can read,but add comments will make schematic diagram too complex,it's difficult to be sloved,in order to solve the problems,this paper puts forward the emphasis of this paper, base on the secondary development of Pro/E,many technologies have been realized,such as automatic refresh of line is realized, automatic acquisition model assembly path and save path for images.those technologies consist of the technology of schematic diagram associated with models and pictures,users can achieve three-dimensional model or pictures.Finally,a crane is used to prove the technology of schematic diagram associated with models and pictures can meet the three-dimensional model and image preview function.
