Fault generating often resulting both sides of the sectional's structure of rock destructed,lead to formation fault fracture zone, and structural instability of rock, but the cracks of broken body are connected each other easily, often become associated with aquifer water guide channel such that the stratum seepage performance weakens,however it is often make fissure connected and became a associated with aquifer water channel easily, making the seepage control performance becomes weak. At present, the main method of complex stratum reinforcement is the grouting method. Grouting technology is a technology reasonable, adaptable extensive seepage reinforcement means,with the improvement of scientific and technological progress and technical conditions of construction, means the formation of impermeable reinforcement diversified,there have been many new grouting material. This paper selects the conventional cement-clay slurry and SJP-1 time-varying slurry which have been widely used in water conservancy and hydropower projects.and through the indoor grout basic performance test, strength test trials, combined with the formation of the filling simulation modle to design an effective seepage grouting program used to guide the formation of the fault fracture zone reinforcement, the specific contents are as follows:1) By indoor base performance tests to verify the cement-clay slurry and SJP-1 time-varying slurry both can be modified to control the slurry grout initial fluidity,viscosity,pumpable time,initial setting time,the final setting time by changing the dosage of admixture,and comparing the characteristics of the two materials,obtained SJP-1 time-varying slurry is superior to the former,through its content can not only make the slurry in the early has good liquidity,also reduced after the beginning of the final setting time;2)Through laboratory strength tests showed pure cement slurry,cement-clay slurry, SJP- 1 time-varying slurry strength is reduced with the increase of water-cement ratio,while composite strength showed a decrease with the clay materials and SJP-1materials was added to the cement slurry;When water-cement ratio at 0.6,the Strength descending is the pure cement slurry,the cement-clay slurry,the SJP-1 time-varying slurry.So the performance about strength of grout calculus,the SJP-1 is still better than cement-clay slurry;3)Analog stratum grouting under different water-cement ratio,filling pressure,porosity and uneven degree of the loose particles to studied the influence of grout diffusion radius,Observed the slurry in the formation effective diffusion radius intuitive method 0.5 ~ 0.8m and how the slurry was filling between the particles,by concretion body strength test, the strength is 4.1mpa to 6.4mpa;4)Further evidence of the superiority of SJP-1 by the two fractured zone's grouting treatment of Zhijin County coal chemical engineering,not only the amount of cement less than cement-clay slurry but also the effect is better than it.
