With the increasingly stringent mandatory emission control regulations and energy crisis,a higher requirement for diesel engine performance has been put forward,while the fuel injection system is a source of diesel engine power,which has a very important influence on the engine's power,economy and emission,etc.,which is one of the key problems in the design and development of diesel engines.In this paper,the fuel injection system of the ME diesel engine is a research object,and it's a contrast analysis of the overall structure design of the MC diesel engine,and the structure design of the ME diesel engine is designed to be superior to the performance of MC diesel engine.Through in-depth analysis of the structure composition and working principle of the fuel injection system,including fuel booster pump,FIVA valve,fuel injector,accumulator,for the fuel injection system to make appropriate assumptions and simplified,combined with the control equations of fluid mechanics,the motion equation and state equation of system components,based on the theory of one-dimensional unsteady compressible fluid of working process of the established mathematical model of each component by check data to establish reasonable parameters,using Simulink simulation tool for modeling,including hydraulic pump model,common rail pipe model,accumulator,fuel pump model,the forerunner of the needle valve model,the main needle valve model,combined with the actual situation to each model of simultaneous simulation is carried out under the rated conditions and it is concluded that the simulation results,including hydraulic power system,fuel pump,the forerunner of the needle valve,the main simulation curve of the needle valve results in conformity with the actual diesel engine operating conditions,the establishment of the model and parameter selection is reasonable.For the characteristics of ME fuel injection system of diesel engine,this paper selected the influence of key parameters of fuel injection performance,including the plunger pressure area ratio,the forerunner of the needle valve,plunger cavity volume,main needle valve pre-tightening pretightening force,the diameter of nozzle,the nozzle flow coefficient and nozzle number simulation and the results are that:the ME type structural parameters of the fuel injection system of diesel engine is a suitable range;too big or too small will affect the fuel injection characteristics.Through the simulation of fuel injection system,we can improve the performance of fuel injection system and measures,and it has a good guiding significance for matching of fuel injection system selection and optimal design.
