Marine oil monitoring technology is an important way of the marine equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis:It uses a variety of conventional,simple,precise and comprehensive oil analysis instrument and method to analysis and assesses the lubricating oil's physical and chemical feature,the wear particle state and the pollution degree,in order to get the wear of machinery and equipment,working conditions and the degree of pollution,to provide real-time query and fault warning guidance and maintenance recommendations for the shipping company maintenance management and marine engineers,it is useful for the ship's safety navigation and equipment's maintenance.Also it is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the diesel engine and prolong the service life.In this paper,the writer studied the development technique of an asp.net-based oil monitoring information processing system,and also researched the executive plan of oil monitoring information processing system based on browser/server mode and explored the key technologies of system implement.The main research work is as follows: Analyzing and the theory of asp.net-based oil monitoring information processing system,and discussing two different network executive plan in detail,on the basis of above research,working on the asp.net-based three-tiered B/S structure oil monitoring information processing system,and achieved good results;Discussing several key technologies to the realization of the system-web communication technology,HTTP technology ASP.NET technology and web database technology in detail;Making a detailed analysis of technology and implementation method of oil monitoring information processing system modules,such as,system management,data processing and management,online communication zone,and analysis report published modules;Finally,using the Visual Studio 2010 and Web database technology platforms,and based on the oil analysis information processing method which used for evaluating equipment wear degree,programmed the background code for the site overall page layout,management theory of a member of the role,monitoring report released and oil analysis data module,established a three-tier B/S structure of t oil Monitoring information System.The system uses the limit value and trend analysis method to analyze oil physical and chemical parameters,spectral element concentrations and ferrography wear particle content,and the analysis results will be published for people to view,share and discuss,improve work efficiency and effectiveness and on condition maintenance for the monitoring equipment.The system can be used in oilmonitoring center for the oil analysis crew,and can be accessing through the Internet to provide web services for query information about the monitored devices,view the analysis report and do the calculation for the oil data.
