Design Research Of Intelligent Bathroom Products Based On User Behavior

Under the environment of Internet of things, smart home system has developed to new height. The bathroom products which have close relationship with human has already set foot in intelligent area, although they have different intelligent level, they have provided new product experience to users, and made the life more convenient. People oriented which is a design tenet, covered almost all of area of product design, so, this paper choose the research of user behavior as the entry point, making direction to design research of bathroom products under the tendency of intelligent.This paper started the research from the relationship between user behavior and product design. Firstly, analyzed user behavior, including the connotation of behavior, what are user behavior in product design, and the import of behavioral science theory to product design. Secondly, discussed the relationship between user behavior and product design, the relationship is that user behavior can promote product design and product design can improve user behavior. Thirdly, I summarized the basic process of user behavior research in product design.In the investigation and survey part of this paper, I summarized the information about two parts, which are private bathroom products and public bathroom products. And then I classified the user behavior generated in bathroom, and came up with some intelligent needs in behavior process. At last, I summarized the development tendency about intelligent bathroom products in two aspects, which are basic function and advanced function.I summarized the design principles of intelligent bathroom products, and the design methods and process of intelligent bathroom products based on user behavior. I used the methods and process to direct the practice. The design practices include closestool, tap, shower, bathroom mirror, towel rack and the light. The practices are also the application of the principles, methods and process.This paper used the research of user behavior as entry point, used intelligent bathroom products as object of study. I want to combine the two parts together and direct application in practice, and provide some reference to the research of the theory in the future.
