Whether in engineering or daily life, we expect to achieve the effect of shock absorption and noise reduction. Periodic array of compliant mechanism have a broad application prospect in the field of reducing low frequency noise. In this thesis, the vibration characteristics of compliant mechanism under sinusoidal excitation are analyzed by the method of simulation analysis. Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis on the cell of compliant mechanisms are made by using software ANSYS, to get the natural frequency, transfer function and amplitude frequency response of the mechanisms, then compare the vibration characteristics of several compliant mechanisms with this three evaluating indicator.Firstly, this thesis studied the influence of the bracket's angle on the vibration characteristics of compliant mechanism with single layer bracket. According to the equivalent mass, natural frequency and amplitude of the mechanisms which are obtained by simulation analysis, the physical meaning of the coefficients in the transfer function is explained.At the same time, the accuracy of the simulation results is verified.Secondly, the thesis extend several variant mechanism based on compliant mechanism with single layer bracket. Then compare the vibration characteristics between these variant mechanism and compliant mechanisms with single layer bracket,to get the influence on variation of the mechanism. Then, the influence of the pore radius on the vibration characteristics of compliant mechanism with perforated plate is analyzed.The research shows that the upper bracket angle has a greater influence on the natural frequency of compliant mechanism with single layer bracket,the lower bracket angle has a greater influence on the equivalent mass of mechanism. The compliant mechanism with double layer bracket has a better vibration reduction performance than the single layer one, and the upper and lower brackets both have a great influence on the natural frequency of the mechanism. The vibration characteristics of cylindrical mechanism are basically the same as the single layer one. Compliant mechanism with perforated plate has a good combination with the micro perforated plate theory. The mechanism with hexagon bracket is more stable.
