Waste concrete that by reprocessing to be new building products,so that the waste resources are to be reused and solve some environmental problems at the same time;polystyrene foam is a common nondecomposable garbage,and its dispose needs to be optimized carefully.In this paper the study is launching on how to recycle these two waste materials.Through the strength experientment of recycled fine aggregate concrete,the stress-strain curve is obtained,and create some charts to analyze the influence on the recycled fine aggregate concrete;with the experientment of 16 groups of polystyrene hollow block and specimen to study the law of their bulk density,moisture content,compressive strength,thermal insulation properties and so on.In the paper,the main researching results as follows:(1)By analyzing the results of recycled fine aggregate concrete,the weak interfacial bonding region is found in the recycled fine aggregate concrete,when the concrete is compressed,the damage is separate from the aggregate interface,which reducing its cube compressive strength.With the increasing of the recycled fine aggregate,the peak of the stress-strain curve reduces and the peak of strain increases.The elastic modulus of the recycled concrete decreases,but its ductility increases with the increasing of the recycled fine aggregate.(2)Mixed with polystyrene particles may significantly reduce the bulk density of polystyrene hollow particles blocks,so that it can help to reduce the weight of the wall;the strength grade of the block of the polystyrene hollow particles is more than MU3.5,it meets the requirements of the non-load bearing walls.(3)Mixed with the polystyrene particles and the recycled aggregate,the thermal conductivity of the polystyrene concrete specimens is substantially reduced,it can achieve a better thermal affection.The papper points out that increase the component content of the recycled aggregate and polystyrene particles should be increased when it meets the laws of the mechanical properties of polystyrene particles hollow block,then the polystyrene hollow block is lighter and better heat-retaining properties as well as the much waste resources is recycled.
