At present, the construction industry is still in the extensive management era,due to the construction of the designed and often made up of different companies,often appear in the disclosure of information loss situation, combined with engineering subcontracting, the special construction results in a large project and designed will there is a certain degree of deviation, make the designer's idea is not fully reflected. And because of the complexity of the project, especially in complex node, configuration, design, construction and steel pipe and collision problem difficult to solve in the traditional construction methods. But with the development of science and technology, more and more advanced engineering began to pursue higher quality, shorter construction period, the appearance of more complex, more precise management, on the basis of green construction as much as possible, the traditional construction mode has been unable to meet this requirement. On this basis, we introduce the BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology, this paper using BIM technology, can quickly build the elaborating management platform, its core values such as visual guide the construction, software simulation of complex node construction process and the three-dimensional roaming, huge amounts of data management, collaborative work, cost control, secondary development, constantly will effectively make up for the inadequacy of traditional process in the large engineering.In this paper, using BIM technology, choose the concrete prefabricated steel reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure as an example, the main problems in the research and analysis from the following several aspects:1. The use of BIM technology in Tekla Structures software, using its integrity in the database modeling and the advantages of open interactivity, for complex modeling analysis, prefabricated steel reinforced concrete node through the visualization technology and the impact analysis and reinforced three-dimensional configuration optimization design and solved under the traditional construction mode type steel beam rebar connection problem, the difficulty of type, column main reinforcement in beam and beam and column stirrup, the difficulty of binding, etc., at the same time solve the maximum possible collision during construction and operation of space and so on.2. Navisworks software in use BIM technology, its application is more biasedtowards the construction, combining with the professional knowledge and field experience, of prefabricated steel reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure concrete construction sequence is simulated, using the three dimensional animation way to complete the construction process. The construction of the problem to avoid ahead of time.3. Use BIM technology in Revit software, due to the friendly operation interface, operating functions more comprehensive, we end up using Revit is simulated for engineering as a whole, using visualization technology guidance to the problems of the construction of complex node to node of collision detection and generate collision report, to guide the design and construction of the reserved hole,the whole 3 d roaming, and through the statistical cost the refinement of management,in the aspect of cost more convenient and accurate, and solves the project participants disclosure information loss and inadequate understanding of engineering problems, provides great help on all staff involved in the project.This article through the use of BIM technology in Tekla Structures, Navisworks,Revit software, respectively, using its emphasis and advantages in prefabricated steel reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure examples, the application of solved abounds in traditional construction mode and difficult to solve the problem, make the engineering construction in such aspects as safety, quality, cost, time limit for a project has a huge ascension.
