With the rapid development of science and technology in the world, the rapid development of China's modern society, People not only have newer, higher requirements for the use function of building structure, but also requires the construction of the body, the appearance of artistic aesthetic effect, a different kind of style, Therefore, a large number of irregular structures emerge as the times require. In terms of the irregularities of concave and convex, it is very necessary to study the seismic performance of the building structure because of its great technical difficulty,complicated structure and serious damage.This paper mainly studies the T planar irregular floor opening structure of the seismic performance and the analysis of the energy dissipation by SAP2000 large finite element analysis software. In the front of the article, it mainly introduces the type of earthquake occurrence and the main causes of major earthquakes, and the severity of disaster losses after earthquake, the development of the steel structure and the advantages of the steel structure and the type of the irregular structure are summarized;then several seismic analysis theories are discussed; then eight different structural analysis models are established according to the general situation of the project,by means of modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and history analysis, the seismic behavior of the structure is studied. Finally, the Pushover analysis and energy dissipation analysis are carried out. The main research is as follows:1.Through the modal analysis, the reasonable choice of the number of the vibration shape is selected, the performance parameters(Natural vibration period ?period ratio?modal participating mass ratios) of the analysis structure are studied,the response of the structure has a certain qualitative judgment.2. Response spectrum analysis of earthquake action(single direction and double direction) with different direction of the eight kinds of structure model can get the structure of the floor displacement, storey displacement angle in this paper. Through the comparative analysis of the calculation results, discussion on seismic behavior of irregular structures in one-way or two-way seismic analysis. At the same time,structural model response study on the open floor within a certain range of opening rate of different floor position(horizontal, vertical) and the same floor positiondifferent opening rate is carried out. In order to determine which way with great impact on the structure under different earthquake action3. Linear time history analysis was performed on eight kinds of the analytical structures by entering two natural waves, an artificial wave in this paper, and the correlation of the response spectrum analysis was verified.4. The same open hole position(vertical), different open hole rate analysis structure pushover analysis is carried out. Through analysis of the calculation results and research in elastic plastic state of openings in the floor rate of size on the seismic behavior of the structure is studied, in order to judge the weak layer and assess the seismic performance of the structure.5. Nonlinear dynamic time history analysis is carried out on two groups of structures with or without dampers, according to analyzing the results of calculation model setting dampers differ with no set damper seismic effect, effect of dampers on seismic behavior of structures can be evaluated, at the same time, the results further show that the damper can effectively reduce or even avoid damage.
