In recent years,as the rapid development of China's economy and society and urban construction,ready-mixed concrete has been developing rapidly.Ready-mixed concrete become the nowadays usage of the largest and one of the most versatile building materials.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of ready-mixed concrete production,a large number of ready-mixed concrete plant have been built up.However,layout of the plant is not rational,the lack of science and systems theory as a guide,the lack of evaluation indicators,resulting in problems of site disorder,the overall economic inefficiency and so on,and the impact of urban construction carried out smoothly.How to scientifically optimize the site,for the station program's managers and designers,are eager to solve it.This paper attempts to combine our ready-mixed concrete batching and development status of plant layout,absorbing the relevant technical achievements,to meet the requirements of urban construction,from the optimization point of view of the overall economic benefits,in-depth analysis of the factors of the station,proposed to scientific,systematic and comprehensive point of view,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative method to optimization of site selection.This thesis studies the following aspects:(1)Depth analysis of the elements and principles of the layout,proposed to meet the needs of urban construction,and get ready-mixed concrete's supply and demand balance for optimizing the overall economic benefits and environmental protection requirements of the site ways.(2)Use of trend extrapolation and elasticity to predict the demand for ready-mixed concrete,the establishment of the corresponding models of the supply capacity and describe it.(3)Use of the Repast simulation platform and GIS for site selection,and use of multiple distance-based greedy algorithm to sort and analyze the standing rule in all directions on the site.(4)In analyzing the location rule,proposed of the basic idea and the layout plan of evaluation and optimization.(5)With the layout status of Nanning's ready-mixed concrete plant,use the paper method to optimize the analysis,and the conclusion for the authorities as the reference of the site selection.In short,this paper is how the layout of the site ready-mix concrete batching plant to provide a optimized way.
