With gradually entering into the seismically active period on a world scale, the intensity and frequency of earthquakes are increasing in China and even around the world,and destructive earthquakes will cause heavy casualties and serious economic losses. In recent years, our economy has grown more rapidly, and urbanization process is increasingly deepened, more and more people are flocking to the cities, which causes an increase in population of city and the scarcity of urban land resource, therefore, high altitude become a precious natural resource that people want to strive for, An increasing number of high-rise buildings are standing. When earthquake happens, the seismic performance of high-rise buildings will face a severe test, the ability to resistant earthquake of high-rise building is required higher and higher. Isolation technology, as a kind of effective damping technology,can ensure the safety performance of structure under earthquake action, the application of seismic isolation technology in high-rise frame-shear wall structure is also increasing,research and engineering application of isolation technology will be become more and more deeply. This paper aims to the high-rise frame-shear wall base isolation structure, according to theoretical analysis and calculation, finding out the reasonable stiffness value of high-rise frame-shear wall base isolation structure under earthquake action. The main research contents and results in this paper are as follows:1?According to the research on the stress characteristics of high-rise frame-shear wall structure under earthquake action, the mechanism to resist seismic action of frame and shear wall is studied, the mechanic performance of isolation bearing is analyzed, and the theoretical parameters of isolation bearing are understood. How to realize the isolation bearing by the finite element software ETABS is introduced in this paper.2?Based on the cooperation work principle of upper frame-shear wall structure, a simplified model of high-rise frame-shear wall base isolation structure in trapezoidal load isbuilt, a little part of upper frame-shear wall structure is selected to analyze. According to the balance between frame, shear wall and external load force, a differential equation is built to acquire the expression of maximum story displacement angle in the upper frame-shear wall structure. Three-particle equivalent model of high-rise base isolated structure is used in this paper, which can meet the deformation characteristics and mechanical characteristics of upper frame-shear wall structure, the equivalent seismic effect of high-rise frame-shear wall base isolation structure is obtained by using mode-decomposition response spectrum method.Finally, according to the principle of bottom shear equation, The expressions for the reasonable value of the shear wall stiffness are obtained. A design scheme, which can assist high-rise frame-shear wall base isolation structure design, is designed based on these expressions.3?A twelve-story high-rise frame-shear wall structure base isolation is used to analyze the reasonable stiffness value of shear wall by finite element model, finally, the relevant data of model are analyzed, the results show that the calculation method of reasonable stiffness value of shear wall built in this paper is reasonable, and the design scheme proposed is feasible.
