Tianjin Port in north China is one of the main foreign trade port and container hub port importantly, is the capital of Beijing's maritime gateway to China and North China's economic development, foreign trade development, played an important role.Container transport as a core strategic resources in Tianjin, Tianjin Construction northern international shipping center and logistics center, to further promote the development and opening of Binhai New Area, an important carrier of. In order to meet the hinterland economy and the rapid growth of port throughput needs further implement the "State Council on promoting the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area related issues" and "the State Council on the establishment of Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port of approval" spirit of the document. In order to take full advantage of Dongjiang Port Port, Tianjin Port urgent need to build the second phase of the Dongjiang Container Terminal.To continue to promote the construction of Dongjiang Port, Tianjin Port started Dongjiang Port Container Terminal Phase II, Phase II container terminal which formed land reclamation system can not meet the container terminal site for residual soil strength and post- settlement requirements. Foundation treatment in order to improve soil strength, for the purpose of reducing the residual settlement is necessary. Container Terminal Phase II project involves the design cross slope on both sides of the West Zone B within the same vacuum preloading embankment, the area is divided into A, B two regions, the West within the embankment on the west side( sea side) 67 m width of the range, corresponding to the wharf structure engineering program. Research for this paper analyzes the problems encountered during construction, through comparative analysis of monitoring data, sum up experience and lessons, to provide reference for similar projects in late.This paper mainly in the following aspects:(1) The project construction conditions;(2) to carry out this project problems encountered in the process;(3) strengthening effects of two ground handling comparative analysis;(4) on the coastal region of foundation treatment point of view;(5) the characteristics and risk analysis for the project and make recommendations.By analyzing the above aspects, in the hope that similar project design,construction and provide a useful reference.
