Study On The Public Security Defense System In Historical Built-up Areas Based On Intelligence Technology

Historical built-up areas, which witnessed the origin of the city or a certain historical period of city cultures, are important resources of the city accumulated. They carry with much history information and cultural values irreplaceable. However, these cultural heritages seem to be so fragile, in the face of natural or man-made disasters. Many unexpected disasters often quickly defeat our defense system without warning, causing heavy damage to the cultural heritages, and threatening the safety of residents in the area. Especially in the past few years, disasters like fires, earthquakes, floods, landslides, mudslides are more frequent. So it is essential to improve the resilience to disaster for the protection of cultural heritages and safety of residents in the historical built-up areas.Given the special nature of the historical built-up areas, we break through the traditional defense method of public security, and apply intelligence technology into the construction of public security defense system. we hope to supplement the deficiency of existing public security defense system and strengthen the validity and reliability of public security defense measures, taking advantage of the intelligence technology, which is efficient, accurate and less limited in the space, in order to construct a suitable public security defense system for the historical built-up areas.This article is divided into five parts. Firstly, define the related concepts, clearly explain the object of my study, and propose the study framework in summary of current research home and abroad. Secondly, analyze the technologies of smart city and expound their application methods and characteristics, especially in the historical built-up areas, as well as in public security defense. Then, clear the important construction aspects of public security defense system in historical built-up areas, after deeply analyzing the vulnerability and inadaptability of the existing system. Therefore,use the intelligence technology to construct framework of the public security defense system, as well as the content. Finally, through the use of examples, indicate the contents and planning methods of the public security defense system in historical built-up areas.
