The Research On The Regional Expression Of Comtemporary Landscape Architecture And Form Design

Landscape architecture is the representative of regional natural and cultural characteristics, for it records the history of our mankind, which reflects the process of the human development and spiritual civilization. With the increase of the people’s need in spiritual, the construction of landscape architecture is paid more and more attention, as the study of landscape architectural design goes further.In a melange of the surrounding environment and the native culture, landscape architecture could show regional people’s wisdom, and at the same time, influence the inherence and development of the regiona culture.In this paper, we take the landscape architecture as the main object to study, through the natural science, architecture design, aesthetics, semiotics to makes a comprehensive study of design. And to study the comtemperary design in landscape architecture, we discuss several different factors such as nature、culture and humanity. We have divided this process into 4 parts:(1) The applications in regional architecture design: by searching related study and conference literature, we try to understand the theory and application on regional architecture design. By going through traditional theory both in east and west and the semiotics, we know different background in the expression on regional architectural design.(2) Analyse and summary the factor of the impact which influent the regional expression of landscape architecture : through the analysis of the regional natural environment, humanity and social factors, we could make the way in which landscape architecture are generated, thus leading a right way to the study of the regional landscape architecture design.(3) The example on regional landscape architectural design: to take the previous theory as the basis, we study theoretical foundation of contemporary landscape architecture. Through study of the function of arhitiecture、architecture construction and the material, we can summarise the method of the regional landscape architecture design.(4) To vertify the theory through the actural case: we investigate the climate and the geographical conditions of Tianjin Qilihai wetland, by deep into the regional culture and the regional environment, and take it as the basis of the design. In the case of the Qilihai oyster museum design, we considered several aspect such as semiotics and regional thinking to make a conception, and make the study theory applicated on a practical landscaple architecture.
