According to statistics from relevant departments,in the third quarter of 2015 motor vehicle has nearly 300 million cars in China,compared to the same period last year growth of 5%.Statistics show that the number of vehicles is increasing,and the frequency of road use is into geometric level increase,which is showing the quality of the road can’t keep pace with the social and economic development.The increasing traffic demand of highway quality markedly improved in the construction process.Road compaction is a key measure of its construction quality,the greater the degree of compaction,on behalf of the construction quality is better.At present,by measuring the size of the compaction degree of value to test the method of roadbed quality many defects and deficiencies.Therefore,the development of a kind of quick,accurate and continuous detection method of the compaction degree is imminent.In order to solve the shortage of traditional test method of this article mainly depends on the key technology of jiangxi province bureau of project—"the roadbed compaction degree of automatic continuous detection technology research",through the vibrating road roller in the specific engineering practice,the vibration acceleration and roadbed construction materials are analyzed.First,the establishment of simplified \"roller-soil dynamics and geometry model to solve measure the parameters of the roadbed compaction method;Then,the test through DH186 piezoelectric acceleration sensor and DH5902 hardware,such as dynamic data collection and analysis system,collected vibration acceleration signal of the frequency domain analysis,wavelet de-noising,fitting selection cycles and RMS fitting and so on a series of processing,thus establishing acceleration and compaction degree of the linear relationship between the expression;Using the method of orthogonal experiment analysis of the weight of the various factors affect the degree of compaction,and combined with poor analysis,analyzing the test results obtained the frequency,amplitude,high class and subgrade soil water content for the weighting factor;Finally,with the aid of Access database,build different factors under the level of vibration acceleration and compaction relation data table,and combined with LabVIEW virtual instrument software,for users to develop the highway subgrade compaction degree of database management system,can be more quick and convenient analysis related testing data,the continuous development at the same time the process of vibration compaction test data of real time analysis system,which can realize real-time call database calculation formula,collection,analysis of vibration signal and display the function such as compaction degree.By demonstrating a lot of site construction data,using the traditional method of detection of highway subgrade compaction degree value and vibration compaction on real-time testing data analysis system to get the degree of compaction of value were analyzed,the results show that the latter effectively solves the traditional method of detection of roadbed compaction degree of many shortcomings,for the on-site detection efficiency is improved a lot.Truly the real-time detection,can comprehensively and accurately reflect the road compaction,in actual construction process has a certain reference and practical value.
