For self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete,with the addition of steel fiber,the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete increased its crack resistance,toughness on the properties of light weight and high strength,and can make it more in line with the requirements of new building materials.In this paper,the relevant research results at home and abroad are systematically summarized.On the basis of the absolute volume method and the reference of the lightweight aggregate concrete mixture ratio design method,and we use the calculation method of steel fiber in alternative Shale Haydite to design the mixture ratio design of lightweight aggregate concrete and the related experimental study.This article adopts the method of test preparation to get self-compacting steel fiber reinforced lightweight concrete which meet the working performance of the self-compacting,and studies the influence of factors such as particle size of Shale Haydite and the steel fiber volume ratio on aggregate mixture performance of concrete and steel fiber distribution.The steel fiber distribution is the key point of this study.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The regulations of technology of self-compacting concrete application of the working performance of the concrete mixture test method.Test respectively SCSFRFLC mixture,on filling in the gaps by sex and segregation resistance and the applicable scope of the mixing of concrete were determined.The results showed that the aggregate size and steel fiber content on the work performance which reduce after increase first,The SCSFRFLC all meet working performance requirements.2.water-cement ratio is 0.31,wave steel fiber as a benchmark,we study the influence about the steel fiber volume fraction of 0%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6% on the working performance of SCSFRFLC when the biggest aggregate size is M10,M16,M20.The results show that the working performance of M10 is the best when the steel fiber volume rate is 1.2%.3.water-cement ratio is 0.31,wave steel fiber volume fraction 1.2% as a benchmark,studying the steel fiber distribution when the aggregate size M19,M16,M20.The research results show that the distribution of M10 is most evenly distributed,while M16 and M20 is approximately the same. |
