The road network is the basic framework of the city and the supporter of the city social economy activities and passenger and cargo.Whether the road network layout is reasonable or adapting with the city traffic demand is directly related to the normal operation of the city transportation,production and other aspects of life.Taking the planning road network of Chongqing Jinfeng Electronic Information Industrial Park as the research object,this paper established the index system and evaluation method of city traffic adaptability of road network,evaluated the traffic adaptability of Jinfeng Park,and made the optimization design of network node.Firstly,this paper constructed the planning network evaluation index system from three aspects of network function,network structure and network scale,established the evaluation method to evaluate traffic adaptive based on the AHP fuzzy comprehensive method.Combining with industrial development planning of the park,the paper forecast the freight traffic demand and the passenger transportation demand of park by using the traditional four stage method.It evaluated the traffic supply and demand adaptability of road network through calculating the traffic saturation zone and service.The paper evaluated the road planning network Jinfeng Industrial Park by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results show that Jinfeng Park planning network belongs to the "good" attached to credibility of 73.2%.The park planning network is at a high level.Finally,based on the intersecting road grade and traffic volume,the traffic management and control forms of park road network nodes are determined.It made the channelization design and signal design scheme for nodes taking plane intersection.For the interchange nodes,it analyzed whether planning overpass form meet the traffic demand,and presented optimize and improve measures for individual nodes.Since the Jinfeng park is in planning and construction phase,it can improve the rationality and scientificity of the road network construction that studying the planning road network traffic adaptability,diagnosing the problems in advance,and proposing the improving measures for the problem.
