With rapid development of the national economy and the adjustment of the economic structure, its demand for electricity and the power structure has changed accordingly, so that the existing network structure, supply capacity and technical standards face some new challenge. On the basis of considering the new demand for electricity and the impact of the Connection of Distributed Generation, it is an important problem of how to develop a scientific and feasible distribution network planning to fully exploit the existing potential, achieve reasonable power input-output and effectivelly avoid the waste of investment. So we have to choose a plan which can ensure safe and reliable operation of the grid, at the same time a good economic plan for saving power grid construction funds, showing a clear direction of investment and planning scientificly is of great significance. So we must to compare technical economy of the planning scheme.Firstly, through the study of the history and current situation of a comprehensive evaluation of network planning at home and abroad, we sort and summarize the the theoretical approach of the comprehensive evaluation.Secondly, based on the analysis of the impact on connection of distributed power distribution network, we establish the comprehensive evaluation index system including distributed power distribution network of urban planning.Finally, A City for the study, we used the comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network planning. Power planning programs of A city containing distributed power generations is analyzed and then a comprehensive evaluation is used to fully evaluate the merits and disadvantages of the planning. So we can know the investment direction of grid construction. The results can provide strong support for scientific decision-making power planning, and can help us grasp the future construction and operation level of the grid, strengthen the management level.
