Cantilever castingis generally used in long-span prestressed concrete bridge's construction.This type of construction method causes discrepancy between real state and theory state.In this paper,the Bazhong Dongmen Bridge is the engineering background to carry out the research on construction monitoring of error control.The main research work are as follows:1.The general principle of adaptive bridge construction control was summarized.Considering the special characteristics of extradosed bridge,the Dongmen Bridge's construction control program was developed according to the mature monitoring process of rigid frame bridge and cable stayed bridge.2.We established a finite element monitoring model for Dongmen Bridge and analyzed the sensitivityof parameters by means of orthogonal test.In order to improve the efficiency and automation of the orthogonal test to the large bridge'sfinite element model,the whole process of sensitivity analysis was realized through programming.3.As for the complexity of the bridge structure,the essential is regarding deflectionsof beam-end monitoringpoints as a deformation system,introducing a new parameter sensibility analysis technology which treats grey correlation degree as test results,and finally calculating the parameter sensitivity sequence of Bazhong Dongmen Bridge monitoring model.4.According to the arrangement of orthogonal table,the three main sensitive parameters,namelylongitudinal steel strand tension,concrete density and suspension cable force was selected to calculate theoretical deflection value.After training the neural networkusing the result of calculation as input sample and corresponding parameter combination asdesired output,the trained neural network and measured deflectionsof beam-end monitoringpoints were used for identifying the main sensitive parameters.5.Aiming at the optimal control goalof beam-end relative relief,the construction camberprediction model was made by using the sensitive parameter modified model and the improved Sage-Husa adaptive kalman filter theory.This prediction model provided a new construction camber to calculate template elevation and guide construction.The adaptive control method of construction,parameter sensitivity analysis method,parameter identification method andconstruction camberprediction model used in Dongmen Bridge's construction control has been very good application and related methods and techniques can be extended to the same type bridge construction control.
