| Compared with traditional infilled masonry wall in frame structure,the composite wallboard,comprised by steel fiber reinforced concrete and foam concrete,has been proved to possessing many advantages,such as light,energy saving,heat preservation,sound insulation,refractory and good resistant function in earthquake.The composite wallboard will be used in the inner wall of the concrete or steel framework in multi-story and middle high construction.As its potential advantages,it could replace the traditional infilled masonry wall in frame structure step by step in the future.This composite slab is formed from surface,steel fiber concrete,sandwich layer,foam concrete doped industry wastes,and steel reinforced concrete rib.Due to being added the steel fiber in the two side surface layers of the compound slab,its functions are enhanced,that of the tensile strength,the slip resistance,the fatigue resistivity,lasting quality,and the energy dissipation.In the thesis,many material property experiments have been done,such as the foam concrete frozen cycle trial,the steel fiber concrete and the concrete cube compress test,and the elastic modulus measurement test of the concrete and the steel fiber concrete.The measured data about above material functions are used in the simulation analysis of compound panel in compute.The three different compound slabs are studied in the horizontal low-cycle iterative loading experiment.Those compound slabs were made from the different layer under the situation of the same steel quantity,reinforced concrete,and the foam concrete sandwich layer with the same density and thickness.The destructive pattern and the process of the the three compound wallboard were analyzed 1n earthquake resistance function,such as cracking load,ultimate bearing capacity,hysteretic curve,degenerating rigidity,ductility,and dissipative property.The slab with the best above capacity of the three compound slabs were found by comparing the observation and data analysis.Thought looking up the documentation,the comparison of earthquake-resistance function was given among ordinary concrete segment,concrete hollow wallboard,and the best excellent compound wallboard in the essay.The dissipative capacity of compound wallboard under the effect of horizontal reciprocating load is obvious better than the other traditional fill wall in frame structure..The constitutive relation of ordinary reinforced concrete and foam concrete doped industry wastes in the material function experiment was input in the large universal ABAQUS finite element software to build the calculate model.The counting result was given of excellent performance compound wallboard by software simulation.The essay makes a comparison between the counting result and the experiment data of the excellent compound wallboard.The goodness of fit between the test accuracy and the counting result of ABAQUS software.The reasonable explain between ABAQUS finite element counting and simulation experiment data is done,and the conclusion was put forward. |
