The EPS module of reinforced concrete wall structure is a new structural system,the structural system to hollow EPS module(polystyrene insulation board)are combined into a retaining member,replacing the original removable templates for reinforced concrete wall provide to avoid demolition template,and the reinforced concrete wall for bearing structure.Assembling reinforcement,pouring concrete according to the requirements of the specific architectural design.To be concrete setting and hardening and the dovetail groove of the surface of the module closely bite,and ultimately the formation of the bearing and thermal insulation building energy efficiency and structural stress is one of the new structure system.Unique structural system to solve the load-bearing components cannot be insulated,insulation materials cannot support this contradiction.EPS module of reinforced concrete wall structure system of internal and external surface according to the vertical certain modules are uniformly distributed dovetail groove,four surrounding a double rectangular enterprises export,in the corner of the wall by Yang angle or shade horn module,wrong lap joints.Dovetail groove and the fiber crack resistant mortar can effectively avoid the plaster cracking,module enterprises socket,between the board and the board of mutual restraint,module on the outside surface of the flat seam sealed well.The system has the advantages of good sealing performance,heat preservation,heat insulation,free disassembly and installation,quick installation,energy saving and so on.It has a wide range of application prospects.There are many factors that affect the seismic performance and bearing capacity of the shear wall,such as axial compression ratio,high aspect ratio,concrete grade,shear wall edge reinforcement ratio and so on.EPS module of reinforced concrete wall structure in EPS module and concrete shear wall not only by dovetail slot occlusion and reinforced concrete and hollow core ribs and cross connection of reinforced concrete shear wall on both sides of the EPS module,in fact the EPS module of reinforced concrete shear wall structure is hollow honeycomb.The EPS module is still in the initial stage in China,the application is not very extensive,in the wall structure and the earthquake still needs a lot of research.In this paper,the finite element software ABAQUS to establish two kinds of wall model,to compare the EPS module concrete wall and the seismic performance of ordinary shear wall.EPS module of reinforced concrete wall than the traditional shear wall,reduce the component weight and reduce the amount of reinforced concrete and improve the economic benefits,make the new EPS module of reinforced concrete wall structure system more development prospects and economic benefits.Specific studies are as follows:1.The material properties and various performance indexes of EPS module are introduced,and how to design and assemble and construction in practical engineering are introduced.2.To design and build two models are common shear wall and open the mouth of the cave wall,the size of the first group of wall for 3300 × 2100 × 280 mm,referred to as: model I-1 and model I-2.A set is open the mouth of the cave wall size for 3300 ×33×280mm to the size of the hole to 1500×1200mm,called: model II-1 and model II-2.By using ABAQUS software simulation,recording every wall crack and damage,including the cracking load,yield load,ultimate load and the crack development and draw the hysteretic shear wall hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation curves,the seismic performance of the final positioning of EPS modules with reinforced concrete wall.3.According to“ Technical specification for concrete wall structure system of EPS module” and “Code for design of concrete structures” design of the three layer EPS module of reinforced concrete wall structure residential and general shear wall three storey residential design,and the two models are dynamic time history analysis,two models of the acceleration curve,displacement curves,the floor of the maximum inter story displacement and interlayer angular displacement calculation results are compared according to the obtained EPS modules with reinforced concrete wall structure of the seismic performance of the shortcomings.4.The thermal performance of the reinforced concrete wall structure system with EPS module is calculated.
