Under the background of rapid development of new building material technology and increasing requires of comprehensive utilization of resources, in order to solve the problem of land resources occupation, environmental pollution and other issues which were caused by granite powder, fly ash, coal gangue and stone chips powder, the paper used granite powder and other waste mineral resources as a hydraulic concrete admixture to formulate waste mineral admixtures concrete, the experiment studied the effect on hydraulic concrete resistance to chloride ion corrosion properties, carbonation resistance and hydraulic concrete pore microscopic the influence of structural parameters which used granite powder, fly ash, coal gangue and stone chips powder as concrete admixture through theoretical analysis and physical testing, in the end to determine the best dosage under different working conditions, and to provide a scientific basis for the formulating and application of waste mineral admixture hydraulic concrete. The study found that:(1)Comparative analysis of hydraulic concrete chloride diffusion coefficient which used granite powder, fly ash, coal gangue and stone chips powder as concrete admixture single-mixed or double-mixed to replace the cement through RCM method found that the performance of admixture hydraulic concrete chloride resistance: Fly ash group> double mixed group> Granite powder group > stone chips powder group> Gangue powder group.(2)Through the comprehensive analysis of waste mineral admixtures hydraulic concrete carbonation testing data with rapid carbonation method, the results show that the carbonation resistance of waste mineral admixtures hydraulic concrete which used granite powder, fly ash, coal gangue and stone chips powder as concrete admixture single-mixed or double-mixed to replace the cement : Fly ash group> Double mixed group> Granite powder group> Stone chips powder group> Gangue powder group.(3)The experiment studied the microscopic pore structure parameter of admixture hydraulic concrete which used granite powder group, gangue powder group and stone chips powde group as research representatives, the suudy found that: the smaller the fineness is,the better the filling effect on smaller pores, but the integrated filling effect performed poorly; Granite powder's best content in admixture hydraulic concrete is 20%, and when the particle size is larger, the effect is best to fill the hole structure of concrete; The best single dosage of gangue powder and stone chips powder in concrete is 20%,this single dosage can effectively reduce the porosity of concrete, and reduce the number of harmful pore in concrete, and make the concrete pore structure parameters to achieve optimal value, and improve the impermeability of concrete, it is very significant and important.to ensure the durability of concrete and structural safety.
