Nuclear waste safety disposal is the bottleneck problem of sustainable development of nuke industry.The country takes seriously of nuclear waste disposal because it is a long-term strategic task.There are two low level radioactive waste permanent storages existing in our country,the service life of the disposal unit is 300 years.Bei Long disposal site is one of the two repositories,it existing in the rainy humid coast.The chloride ion in Marine atmospheric will erosion structure,and causes of reinforce steel bar corrosion,often damage quickly.Recognized international,the fibers mixing in the concrete helps to over comes the innate defects of concrete material.Fiber reinforced concrete has good toughening properties and anti-permeability.But the chlorine ion erosion research of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete is still in start stage,therefore,study on the durability life resistance chloride ion of Hybrid fiber concrete disposal unit is very necessary.We choose 3 kings concrete,ordinary concrete,mix basalt fiber with Dura fiber(BP)in concrete,steel fiber with Dura fiber(SP)in concrete.Firstly,we immersed specimens with 3%sodium chloride solution for different days,then used fracturing tests to fing the cleavage strength change rules,and,we determinate of chloride ion in concrete to find the diffusion rules of chloride ion in three materials.The final test,Denmark equipments Rapid Air was used to research the pore structure.Also,I figure up chloride diffusion coefficient D in different times of three materials,to determine change low of Chloride ion diffusion coefficient D,Take the influence of natural environment factors and the material properties in consideration,we deduce the chloride’s diffusion model that suitable for prediction of GuangDong-Bei Long disposal site made of three materials.Use this model,we can calculate the corrosion start time of reinforce steel bar.Also we contrast existing reinforcing bar corrosion rate model,calculate the time reinforce corrosion cause the crack of protective layer on the basis of the chloride ion diffusion count.Which together both we get the endurance life of permanent storage library disposal unit.Comparative study of 3 kind materials for permanent storage of durability resistance to chloride ion erosion in this paper,provides theoretical support to predict the life of low level radioactive waste permanent storage,which lays the theoretical foundation for the fiber concrete structure’s design resistance to chlorine harm and engineering application...
