Research And Practice Of Livable Residential For After 80s

The starting of China’s reformation era is in the early 80’s of the twentieth century. As the implementation of family planning policy, the reform and opening up in full swing, the fundamental adjustment of economic structure, giving the group of people who were born in this era is different from the previous generations, this generation is called - "after 80s" group. With the passage of time, "after 80s" start stepping into the society, has gradually become a new force to promote national development, become the main energy of national production and consumption.Now the "after 80s" group is at the age of marriage and child-bearing, their need for residential showing a really rapid growth. The political environment leads most of "after 80s" to become only children in their families, the rapid development of the market economy makes them different in the values of social consciousness and habits from the past generations. Their requirement of residential is completely different from the elders; the main point of liveable residential for "after 80s" is to meet the need of housing instead of to meet the functional living simply. How to create the liveable residential for the "after 80s" group become a problem for the property developers to solve, and become a research subject for a large number of researchers.To reach the goal of research on create liveable residential for "after 80s" group, questionnaire analysis and comparative analysis are used as the research method. Basing on domestic and foreign relevant research results and theoretical basis and combining with the actual situation of the present stage of our country, this research expounds the particularity of "after 80s"group. This paper proposes that a liveable residential design for "after 80s" group should follow the principles of ecological design, safety design, to meet the needs of the neighbourhood social needs and to meet the new idea of city design, and also summarizes the liveable house for "after 80s" should have characters of advance innovation, beautiful environment, convenient transportation and communication etc. Combining with the case study of Kunshan Yijingyuan design, this paper explains a detailed exposition of how to carry out the design for "after 80s", and gives proposals to how to make liveable residential to be economical and practical.In general, "after 80s" is a special generation, we could only be clear and definite with their consumption habits and demand characteristics through deep study and research, only in this way, their need of residential could be meet.
