Along the development of the country, the demand for fuel consumption is enormous and necessary. This has led to insufficient energy use and environmental pollution. Since then, the search for and exploitation of natural energy resources is a matter of urgency and necessity, especially in Vietnam. Low-rise architecture popularized and used in a long time, the natural energy and renewable energy research will solve the energy shortage problem. And is where new ideas arise.Currently, Vo Trong Nghia, representatives for Vietnamese and foreigner architects who is using renewable energy are very reasonable. During this period, there were a lot of the design solution effectively use natural energy, such as wind energy, solar energy and biogas.Thesis focuses on three most important part of the use of renewable energy with low-rise housing design in Vietnam:- First point, an overview of researching on low-rise housing in Vietnam(in general) and other countries(in particular).- Second point, based on the architectural design and architectural planning to analyze and offer solutions for low-rise housing in Vietnam covering technical aspects, design methods and analysis of actual projects.- Third point, base on analyze of the actual design work newest in the current country as well as all over the world. Since then, analyze the ability to practically apply natural energy and renewable energy in low-rise housing.Thesis analyzes using of natural and renewable energy in low-rise housing-especially in Vietnam, will be stimulated and the subject of thought for many other architects. From here, accelerate the development of this subject, to escape the era of energy crisis and environmental pollution.
