System Of Electric Vehicle Charging Service

Based on the requirement of network management system about charging facilities construction in Tianjin, analyzed the status of electric vehicle technique in China, discussed the necessity about the charging network system construction in Tianjin electric power company, defined the target and development direction of system building, and carried out the design and application of charging network management system. In this paper, it was presented in detail that design framework,research and development of cellphone APP and intelligent network service platform,and mass data research and application about charging service network management system.The electric vehicle charging network management system mainly contained nine parts function module, which were customer service, metering and billing,financial collecting, financial settlement,assets management,distribution management,maintenance management, integrated monitoring and statistical analysis. The logic of system building was described in detail on five parts with business, application,technique, mass data and physics about framework design. Depended on consumer demand and market development, it was researched on the framework design,technical route, main points and function realization about cellphone APP system and intelligence service platform. By means of the analyzing of mass data in charging service network management, put forward the solution of market application problems, greatly enhanced the accuracy and reliability of this system.By building the unified management platform, the design of electric vehicle charging service network management system realized the collection analysis and management on the mass data in charging facilities network, effectively improved the management level of electric vehicle charging facilities. The design and application of electric vehicle charging network management system has important significance to improve the development of electric vehicle and charging facilities market, to lead the cooperation of the energy supply and consumption business, and to promote the large-scale commercial of electric vehicle industry.
