Direct Torque Control technology space vector analysis method is calculated directly in the stator coordinate system with torque control AC motor using stator flux orientation,by means of discrete two-point adjustment generate PWM signal directly to the inverter switching state optimal control to obtain high dynamic performance of torque;it's a novel thought control,simple control structures,control means direct,clear physical concept of signal processing;torque response of the control system quickly,limiting the week within and without overshoot,it is a kind of exchange of high speed static and dynamic performance of the method.First,this article describes the AC variable speed control technology,to explore the direct torque control technology status and development trend,and then on the basis of space vector theory introduces the basic mathematical model of the induction motor and the inverter,and then gives the concepts of direct torque control system,a detailed study of induction motor three flux Observer: U-I model,I-N models and U-N model and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three models.Combines the advantages of three models in this system Flux Observer,the motor is running at high speed when using the U-I model,low speed when using the I-N model.Finally,the direct torque control and switching table strategy conducted in-depth discussion,and different response when switching table by making different choices flux and torque generated to be described in detail.To provide an improved stator flux regulator and torque regulator,so that the system can still maintain good low speed characteristics.Then,16-bit fixed-point digital signal processor(DSP)MC56F8346 main controller as a research platform designed hardware main circuit control circuit with direct torque control system,which described in detail the current sampling voltage sampling,speed detection,intelligent Power Module(IPM),PWM generation circuit.Next,the MC56F8346 development platform CodeWarrior IDE development features,system software design process flow chart,including the main program,initialization program,the interrupt service routine and other modules to achieve a fully digitized Induction Motor Direct Torque Control System.Finally,the prototype debugging,debugging module describes the method,the experimental results and the results are analyzed.In the last issue paper summarizes,and for the following research topics presented and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve.
