Concrete pump truck as the main equipment of the construction,its main function is to pumping and pouring of concrete mixture to a certain position.Arm frame as a key component of concrete pump truck,due to its complex structure,so prone to failure.At present,the pump truck arm frame structure damage judgment is mainly based on visual and experience,lack of scientific basis.When the pump truck construction will be accompanied by vibration,and the vibration it contains a wealth of structural information inherent characteristics,therefore analysis the pump truck arm frame vibration characteristic,and study the pump truck arm frame fault diagnosis method,it has important significance for the arm frame online fault diagnosis,fault warning and the reasonable arrangement of maintenance.The research object of this paper is 37 m four section arm concrete pump truck,and the detailed research contents were as follows:(1)Introducing the concrete pump truck development situation at home and abroad,structural characteristics,the research status of the arm frame structure,studying the fault feature of pump truck arm frame,analysing the current mainstream vibration signal feature extraction method.The information extraction technology of symbolic dynamics is proposed,and introduced into the pump truck arm frame structure fault diagnosis.(2)Analysing the arm frame structure vibration characteristic,under the four typical working conditions,using the sensor acquisition arm frame vibration stress respectively under the static construction and dynamic construction,researching on the arm frame vibration signal for the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic,and combined with the auxiliary means such as the finite element simulation analysis,getting the information about the inherent characteristics of the arm frame.According to the results of analysis,a fault diagnosis method of concrete pump based on symbolic dynamics entropy and SVM is proposed.(3)Designing arm frame vibration simulation test,arrangements for the concrete pump truck construction in the ground condition,the two floor roof condition,the third floor roof condition.Simulation of the concrete pump 9 kinds of fault state,simulation test using eddy current displacement sensor,vibration signals is measured under various fault conditions,and use symbolic dynamics information entropy to extract the arm frame fault feature vector.(4)The signal characteristic sample of first arm frame is obtained by using symbolic dynamics information entropy,introducing the support vector machine(SVM),designing arm frame fault diagnosis model,then using the model of SVM to fault diagnosis and recognition on arm frame,and compared with the commonly used BP neural network diagnostic methods.
