As China is confronted with energy shortage and deteriorating environment, energy saving has become one of the most important development direction of air conditioning system. By virtue of its features of energy saving and environmental protection, ground source heat pump system has raised more and more public attention and concern. The No.8 national development document(2016) issued by the State Council in 2016 also called for promoting the diversified and large-scale application of geothermal energy. In spite of the late start, Anhui Province has achieved remarkable achievement in the application of ground source heat pump system. Just in Hefei, a total building area of 2 million ~ 3 million square meters has adopted ground source heat pump system..In this paper, the domestic and foreign development status of the ground source heat pump system was analyzed. Combined with the promotion and application of the ground source heat pump technology in Anhui Province, some problems were also pointed out. Though the ground source heat pump system has been gradually well-developed with its technology extension, little analysis was made on its economical efficiency. As this system is subjected to the influence of various factors, such as the geological situation, the architectural attributes, the government promotion and so forth, especially the high cost of ground source heat pump system, many developers and construction enterprisers hold a wait-and-see attitude to the application of the ground source heat pump system.Whether the heavy investment can bring in benefits is the subject matter of this paper.Firstly, the working principle and the categories of the ground source heat pump system were introduced in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of the system were analyzed.Secondly, it is pointed out that economical analysis method mainly includes two aspects, environmental benefit evaluation and economic benefit evaluation. Environmental benefit evaluation refers to the environmental benefit calculated by comparing the energy consumption of the ground source heat pump system and the traditional air conditioning system. Economic benefit evaluation refers to calculating the economic indexes of the ground source heat pump system through economic methods.Thirdly, the application cases of the ground source heat pump system of five different regions of Anhui Province were selected. Comparative analysis was made on the ground source heat pump system and the traditional air conditioning system(water chilling unit + boiler system, VRF air conditioning system, air-cooled heat-pump air conditioning system) in terms of the initial investment, annual operating expenses and consumption energy, and economics analysis methods were adopted to calculate the indexes of the ground source heat pump system, including static payback period, comparative benefits, dynamic investment payback period, net present value and internal rate of return index. It is concluded that although the initial investment of ground source heat pump is heavy, it presents great advantages in energy saving and economic benefits.Finally, it was concluded that the ground source heat pump system had strong energy saving and economical efficiency, and pointed out the shortcomings of this paper. It is hoped that this paper can provide some economic reference for the actual project of the ground source heat pump system in order to promote the further promotion of the system in Anhui Province. |
