In the concrete construction engineering, the concrete water cement ratio can easily fluctuate due to the moisture content in sand and stone, measurement bias and other issues, which causes the performance fluctuation of concrete after hardening. The retention samples and entity drill core sampling are the main test methods for controlling the concrete quality. However, the method has obvious hysteresis and limitations(the relevant remedies are very less when the concrete performance can't meet the design requirements). For solving the problem, we study the approach of accurate and convenient testing for the performance of concrete mixture in the concrete construction process, and set up the water-binder ratio of concrete mixture and the relationship between the compressive strength and chloride ion diffusion coefficient in different types of hardened concrete. The model that can forecast the concrete performance before pouring is developed based on the concrete mixture ratio. Then it is applied in actual engineering for research and validation. The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1) Comparative water meter high performance concrete comprehensive performance tester, fresh concrete comparative study(W-Checker) mechanism of two kinds of fresh concrete performance test technology and application effect, consumption and application of results, The volume balance method based on W-Checker has good applicability, timeliness and accuracy in the construction performance of fresh concrete test.(2) According to the composition of different strength grade and different cementitious materials of concrete, the fluctuation of water cement ratio and concrete compressive strength, chloride diffusion coefficient test.The concrete mixture test water binder ratio between the hardened concrete 28 d and 56 d ages when the compressive strength and the quantitative relationship and test the water glue than between the hardened concrete 28 d and 56 d ages of chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the quantitative relationship, comparative analysis of proposed corresponding properties of hardened concrete prediction model are established respectively.(3) According to the different ratio and composition of cementitious materials with different water cement concrete, performance of concrete interfacial transition zone by microhardness test and polarizing microscope, From the aspects of differences in the performances of interfacial transition zone of concrete water cement ratio and cementitious material composition on compressive strength of hardened concrete, chloride ion diffusion coefficient of mechanism of, in a certain extent for prediction of concrete hardening performance provides the basis.(4) Combined with fresh concrete water cement prediction model by the accurate monitoring and hardened concrete properties, according to a known concrete design with ratio, put forward a set of construction site in the prior to the pouring of concrete can be on the properties of hardened concrete for prediction of advanced quality control method and application the method in practical Engineering and achieved good results.
