The durability of the concrete structure is a problem of common concern by engineering, which not only relates to the service life of concrete structure, and is closely related to environmental protection and life and property safety. The durability of concrete structure caused by chloride ion erosion is the focus of attention, and its core problem is the transport mechanism of chloride ion in concrete. Based on the erosion of chloride ions in concrete structure diffusion mechanism as the main line, is "the chloride ion erosion mechanism of the concrete structure", "experimental study on the chloride ion erosion concrete structure", "concrete chloride ion erosion environment structure reliability life prediction" chloride environment a hot problem in the study on the durability of concrete structure were discussed, the specific content is as follows:Concrete structure durability of the increasingly prominent problems, the author of this paper, comprehensive analysis of the concrete structure durability research results both at home and abroad at the same time, respectively from the deteriorating effect on the durability of concrete structure of the material, concrete carbonation, chloride ion erosion of concrete, concrete alkali aggregate reaction, freezing and thawing of concrete damage and reinforcing bar corrosion in concrete of the durability of concrete structures were introduced from the aspects such as basic theory and research results, through the investigation and analysis to find out the durability of concrete structure factors; Research on the corrosion mechanism of concrete chloride ion of chlorine ion transport diffusion model is set up, especially on the chloride ion corrosion mechanism of, or intrusion into, a model of concrete structure and influencing factors, deduced considering concrete chloride ion binding ability and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of micro defects affect time dependence, concrete structure and the performance of concrete practical diffusion equation.Has carried out the indoor test of chloride ion erosion concrete structure, the different concrete structure under different water-binder ratio of chloride ion electric flux test and chloride ion penetration test research, concluded that the low water-binder ratio concrete can significantly improve the performance of concrete resistance to chloride ion erosion, and points out that the reasonable choice of concrete materials can improve the endurance life of structure, and has important significance for engineering practice. Different diffusion coefficient of concrete material is strongly influenced by water/cement ratio, water/cement ratio change has important influence on the service life of concrete structures, the engineering practice in dealing with the use of concrete material are screened, reduce the chloride ion erosion damage, improve the structure durability and service life; On the basis of experimental study, analyses the chloride ion corrosion in concrete structure of the theory and method of calculating time, focus on the one-dimensional and two-dimensional chloride ion erosion under the condition of reinforced start time calculation method, and analyzing the corresponding discussion starting time, which laid a foundation for predicting the service life of concrete structures.On the basis of the theoretical and experimental study, the main research analysis of the definition of service life of concrete structure prediction and forecasting methods, analysis of chloride corrosion of concrete structure durability evaluation criteria and methods, based on the analysis of the characteristics of various influencing factors, adopts the concrete durability life prediction based on reliability theory, and based on the theory of reliability to the chloride ion erosion environment life prediction analysis of the concrete structure, good results are obtained.
