With large-scale civil engineering structures more complex, the span of the bridge is getting longer and longer,and the bridge construction is more and more difficult, which puts forward higher requirements on construction control technologies. The traditional means to bridge construction control is falling behind, and it is also a time-consuming effort. In most cases, total station and water level are used to make the manual measurement, which is low in the automation level.It is difficult to get a good control effect,because the number of points to be tested is not enough. To solve this problem, with the help of the powerful ability of digital image processing and system simulation in Matlab, this paper studied the principle of deflection identification of bridge structure, by use of digital image detection technology.The virtual simulation modeling methods and technologies were also researched based on Simulink.These technologies were used in bridge construction control and the ?Virtual-Actual Combination? construction control technology thought has been put forward. The implementation process has also been introduced.In the last,a cantilevered assembling constrution test of a steel truss girder has been carried out. The results show that the ?Virtual-Actual Combination? construction control technology thought is very effective.The main work and achievements in this paper are as follows:(1)The advantages of digital image detection technology used to deflection identification of bridge structure have been disscussed. The four modules of this technology have been summarized and the implementation principle has also been introduced.This technology has been successfully used in deflection identification of a steel truss girder cantilevered assembling constrution.(2)The Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML)and the modeling and development tools have been introduced,which provide means and tools to realize the system geometric modeling. This article focuses on modeling method of Simulink which is a dynamic system simulation language. By use of that, the mathematical modeling has come true. Finally a simulation example of a single-degree-of-freedom forced vibration damped system was presented,which showed the virtual modeling method and process by using Simulink. It is concluded that it is convenient to model and the simulated animation has a good effect.(3)By combining digital image detection technology,virtual reality simulation technology and finite element analysis technology, the ?Virtual-Actual Combination? construction control technology thought has been pesented on the foundation of traditional construction control method.Using a steel truss girder cantilevered assembling constrution as an example, the implementation process of this technology has been discussed in detail.(4)A steel truss girder model has been made, and the antilevered assembling constrution process was simulated by means of model test. To apply digital image detection and virtual reality simulation technology into the ?Virtual-Actual Combination? construction control of this steel truss girder model,a good control result has been obtained.
