Research On Hierarchical Optimization In Design Domain Of Product Family Based On Axiomatic Design

Product family which is a way of scale and customized production is produced to meet the customer diversified demands. In the whole value process of product family, design stage determines the 70% to 80% of the product cost and features, which plays an important status and role. At present, in the research of design field, Axiomatic Design theory with the greatest impact is the most classic design theory, and it is proposed by professor Nam Suh, who comes from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.In the past optimization research on product family design, it is mainly about the common single-level optimization problem. But the process of produ ct family design determines the optimization problems tend to be hierarchical and associated structure. Thus this paper is intended to do research on Hierarchical Optimization in Design Domain of Product Family based on the Axiomatic Design theory and Bilevel Programming theory. Through the analysis of the optimization problems and hierarchical relationship of product family design domain, this paper establishes the hierarchical optimization model of product family design domain, and studies the model algorithm and optimization evaluation, and finally tests the feasibility and economy of optimization design.Firstly, the optimization problems and hierarchical relationship between the four product family design domains are analyzed, and this paper analyzes the detailed design process of one design domain.Secondly, this paper proposes the general model of hierarchical optimization of product family design domain based on theoretical analysis. For the typical problems of corresponding chapter, this paper builds the hierarchical optimization model on design domain. And finally the mouse design problem is given to do the application research.Finally, this paper studies the model algorithm and optimization evaluation system of optimization scheme. For the hierarchical optimization model, this paper puts forward the solving method, and in consideration of customer satisfaction and corporate interests, this paper build the evaluation method on optimization scheme, which provides a judgment theory to obtain the best design scheme.
