Research On Green Building Projects Objective Definition

In recent years, green building industry improved a lot in China, especially in the field of commercial construction, which is considered to be the main direction of the next period of green building development.With this opportunity, the construction enterprise should actively perform green building research on the factors which affected the implementation of green building, and actively explore the innovation and development of low-carbon green building field, forming a green building enterprise systems implementation strategy and according with practice, this is not only improving the management methodology, a good opportunity to upgrade the technical ability, but also displaying the corporate image, leading a broad platform for the development of the industry.As first, we will start with the background and development process for green building, and then analyze the implementation of green building impressions and opportunities, thus propose the strategy for the implementation of green building construction enterprise, and establish a green building objective decision analysis model, take experience of actual cases to verify the implementation of green building strategies and objectives can be implemented, ultimately provide lesson learnt for other projects in the implementation of green building. Innovation of this article propose the use of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the feasibility of green building goals by this approach for decision-making. Analytic Hierarchy Process can be more systematic and comprehensive combination of subjective and objective factors aspects of evaluation and analysis of the decision-making objectives, in order to facilitate and help business managers set up more targeted green building goals according to their own market conditions, while the standard of this approach, according to the state of the business process assets and post project evaluation and other content constantly adjust after the project implementation, improve to adapt to changes in the market environment and the development of enterprises.
