Spectroscopy technique has been widely used in high-tech fields of scientific research, aerospace, environmental monitoring and so on. As a new spectrometer, Elastic light modulator Fourier Transform Spectrometer has advantages of high sensitivity of reaction, wide spectral range, and good earthquake resistant ability, so it has a good prospect in spectral detection field. the output interference signal come out from the pop-optical modulation Fourier Transform Spectrometer is very weak, we need to amplified and filtered the convert electrical signals effectively and reasonably until the AD can collect, thus achieving real-time acquisition and storage of the interference signal and subsequent data processing.On the basis of analyzing Tan optical modulation interference signal generation principle and amplitude-frequency characteristics, in this article, laser and high-temperature blackbody are used as radiation sources respectively to build a light modulation Fourier transform spectrometer system for spectral inversion. Different wavelength range of radiation sources can lead to the output signal frequency range and amplitude size is also different. In this paper, based on the size of the amplitude of the interference detector output signal,the bandwidth and required AD voltage acceptance range, designed the two interference signal amplifying circuit around 40 d B voltage gain, respectively, through theoretical calculations and simulation software Multisim and final welding tests of the circuit boards to study the stability, antiinterference and self-oscillation of the interferometry signal amplification circuit on the next based on the normalized method to calculate the filter circuit components parameters and using ADS software, design the two way of 25 m and 50 m passive low-pass filter, acting on the filtering noise reduction after amplifying circuit. Finally, set up complete play light modulation spectrum interferometer system to validate the design of amplification filter circuit, verify that the amplification interference signals are very important to interference signal spectrum inversion in front system.
