Spectrometer is a spectrum and material spectral analysis instrument. Thanks tosome new applications, miniaturization spectrometer with low resolution has becomethe world’s research focus, as well as the important trend of spectrometer. Now FourierTransform Spectrometer is a widely used instrument. Acquisition and processing ofSpectrum signal plays an important part in Fourier transform spectrometer, which isalso one of the key technology of this spectrometer.The basic structure of the Nios II hardware, and its instructions are executed inparallel with fast processing speed, performance and system upgrades in a large space.Fourier spectrometer signal acquisition and processing system is based on the Nios IIsoft-core design.It firstly analyzes theoretically the basic component and principle ofFourier transform spectrometer, and according to the analysis, Michelson InterferenceOptical System is improved based on CCD and stepping motor. And then the lineararray CCD image sensor applications is analyzed, choosing CCD image sensorTCD1501D with5000pixel linear array from Toshiba for spectral informationcollection. Detector and driver to determine the design of the subject, the hardwarecircuit design and system design based on the Nios II soft core processor. Externalhardware circuit design, including the design of the stepper motor drive circuit design,the design of the CCD drive circuit, the signal differential op amp circuit, A/Dconversion circuit design, circuit design of the USB data transfer and system powersupply design. Finally, the hardware circuit, combined with the signal direction, thesystem PCB circuit board is designed by Altium Designer DXP.FPGA, as a hardware circuit core, uses Verilog HDL hardware descriptionlanguage to implement the logical design of the system. Nios II as the processor of thesystem, controls the coordination of the entire system. Spectral signals into electricalsignals collected by the CCD,after differential operational amplifier, A/D conversion,the conversion of spectral data uploaded to the computer by the USB side. CCD,USBmodule has been tested after the completion of system design, the test shows that thesystem can be taken advantage of.
