This article is aimed at Wan-li Highway 5 continuous rigid frame box girder application C50/C55 blocked reason carries on the analysis to discuss the artifical sand concrete.Wan-li Highway 5 continuous rigid-frame box girder is proposed C50/C55 artifical sand concrete pouring. But due to the construction unit doubts to C55 sand and above mechanism of concrete strength grade of concrete used in Bridges as the main structure, the application artfical of sand concrete economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit is unclear;Combined withthe limitation of the traffic in chongqing local voluntary standards "technical specification for concrete application of highway engineering artificial sand"F90 CQJTG/T-2013. Wan-li Highway 5 sand concrete continuous rigid frame box girder is proposed mechanism work is stop, it seriously hindered the sand mechanism for the development of concrete technology and the popularization and applicationin Chong-qing.Based on the above reasons, this paper combining with the Chong-qing area of long span continuous rigid frame box girder artifical sand concrete application is analyzed, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:①Introduces the characteristics of large span continuous rigid frame and continuous rigid frame box girder, and the cantilever construction method are introduced.The characteristics and mechanism of mechanism sand sand on concrete performance are discussed, the influence of sand and expounds the mechanism of bridge with concrete characteristics and research status.②Collected from all over the country mechanism sand concrete application examples, compared with the chongqing area, analyzing the characteristics of the Chong-qing region mechanism sand concrete application, and illustrates the label above the C55 mechanism sand concrete application in the bridge structure is safe and reliable.
