Along with the rapid development of the local economy in Qinghai,the construction scale of the high grade highway is increasing rapidly,but the Qinghai is located in the high altitude area.The winter cold period is long,and the lowest temperature is low,the winter snowfall weather to the traffic safety of high grade highway.A large number of studies show that the winter snow and ice road seriously affect road traffic.Winter,because of the rain and snow weather to smooth traffic and road safety has brought serious influence,in ice and snow road adhesion ability is greatly reduced,is extremely detrimental to vehicle driving power and safety,traffic accidents occur frequently.Therefore,this paper focuses on the high grade highway downhill section,bend and tunnel import and export special sections of the electric heating snow melting technology for experimental study.In the main analysis of the key problems of the ice melting ice of heating cable,the corresponding investigation and experimental study are carried out,and the power design,construction technology,technology and economic advantages are analyzed.Through the analysis of the electric heating snow melting data and the effect of snow melting,the early stage of the electric heating snow test has a long period of time in the heat absorbing and heating,but the snow is small,the temperature is fast and the effect is obvious.The snow melting efficiency is higher than that of the snow.Combined with the characteristics of alpine climate in Qinghai Province,the paper concludes that the pavement of the Qinghai area is a 650W/m2,which can meet the requirements of the ice melting ice in this area.Therefore,this power is recommended as the recommended power of the high grade highway in our province.Through the research of the comparison between the asphalt mixture and the common asphalt mixture,the heating cable layer is added to the asphalt concrete pavement,and the mechanical properties of the asphalt concrete pavement are improved.By comparing with the experimental study of asphalt mixture in different layers,the tensile strength and compressive resilience modulus of the heating cable layer in the middle is the best.Comprehensive consideration of the effects of snow melting,heating cable strength,heating cable layer on the asphalt concrete surface layer,Qinghai high grade highwaycommonly used asphalt pavement surface layer structure form and other major constraints,determine the Qinghai high grade highway electric heating cable layer best buried in the top layer of 4cm.Through the study of the construction process,verify the feasibility of the new construction technology of slurry seal design.The economic benefit and social benefit of heating cable are analyzed.
