Research On Project Construction Cost Management Control

The cost control of construction project is a management activity which takes complete the work task in accordance with the requirements of the construction contract as precondition,to take certain measures to reduce the various expenses arising from the construction process,to achieve or exceed the target of cost control.The cost control of construction project is one-off and non-repeatable.At present,the construction enterprises are accustomed to using the traditional method namely construction management experience to control the cost of construction,the lack of project construction cost control method to improve or innovate.There is not enough attention to the project implementation of the tender stage cost control,the completion of the final phase of the cost control,and some problem exist in some management control methods,that is,no or no attention to the management of personnel and workers,labor management,labor management and standardization management.Through the analysis of the construction enterprises at present stage of the project construction cost control reality,the Taylor science management principles of the relevant management methods and storage theory in the optimal bulk purchase model applied to the project construction cost control to improve the existing project construction cost management control system innovatively,and form the construction cost control method ultimately.This paper take construction cost management and control of Guandi Hydropower Station Officer for permanent traffic bridge and Qin-Jin railway passenger dedicated line two tenders as the actual case to show the effect.The construction cost control method in this paper is based on the construction cost forecast plan,taking the construction cost control as the core,and combining the Taylor scientific management method and storage theory related management method,and special emphasis on the change and the workers' idea,set up a reasonable assessment and incentive system,mining material cost management potential benefits,management body covers a front line workers,formulate scientific operation methodand standard operation method.The responsibility of the construction cost control is decomposed to the organization of each management and labor operators,thereby establishing a comprehensive project construction cost management control method.
