Abstract Research On Cost Management Of Yantai Zhifu Island Residential Construction Project

After decades of development, construction enterprises in China have got great improvement in the aspects of construction technology, mechanization level and building quality, but compared with foreign advanced level,there still exist not a small gap, mainly reflected in the field of quality management and cost management. In fierce market competition, if the domestic construction enterprises want to occupy a certain market share and achieve long-term development, they must carry on reforms on traditional project management mode, that is to say, to ensure the project quality and process, realize minimum project expenditure so as to reduce the actual cost. It requires domestic construction enterprises must learn advanced theory and method in the field of project management. By its own exploration and practice, save the engineering cost, and strive to control the actual expenditure within the budget, to realize enterprise profit maximization.This paper firstly introduces the research status of project cost management at home and abroad, expounds the main purpose of the study and methods, the method of earned value analysis of the concept and basic parameters have been discussed, laid the theoretical foundation. Secondly, it introduces the residential construction project Yantai Zhifu island, cost management and project process plan, and then use the earned value analysis method to analyze construction cost management of project, through the cycle cost deviation analysis, pointed out that the project to appear and cause of the problem of the management problems. Finally, using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it points out that the key point of project control, and then put forward the improvement method, and carries on the analysis from six aspects, to design a new cost management flow chart, formed a complete, scientific project cost management system.This paper mainly takes the earned value analysis as main research method, to analyse problems of cost management in construction project. It’s believed that it will provide support on optimizing the cost management of Yantai Zhifu island on residential construction projects or other similar projects.
