With the development of economy,technology and engineering materials.The bridge structure is developed in large span and new form.The large span continuous rigid frame bridge is widely used because of its simple structure.Mature construction technology and so on.The construction method of the cantilever construction method is used in the former.But it is found by the actual investigation.In the eighty or ninety’s of the construction of such a bridge.Such as the emergence of the problem of Web cracks,etc.In the present cantilever construction process there are also problems such as cracking or excessive torsion.And at present.The use of load and durability of bridge is put forward.And the bridge construction control is an important measure to ensure the safety of continuous rigid frame bridge in operation.This paper takes Tongnan Dongan Chongqing bridge as the project,first of all,the bridge is simulated by the finite element software Civil Midas.The bridge’s internal force,stress and deformation are analyzed by simulating the actual construction process,The research content and the research result is:(1)Firstly,continuous rigid frame bridge force characteristics and structural advantage,pointed out the cantilever construction method in the continuous rigid frame bridge in use,summarizing domestic and foreign continuous rigid frame bridge construction control present situation and development trend of;(2)Followed by the introduction of continuous rigid frame bridge construction control of finite element analysis theory and analysis methods,mainly introduces the formal calculation method and the inversion method for the calculation of the basic theory of;(3)Then the Tongnan Dongan Chongqing bridge is not supported,the use of Civil Midas to establish the finite element model,according to the actual construction method of bridge,the simulation analysis,and consider the iMPact of different aging due to the construction progress;(4)Then based on the finite element model,the linear,stress control and the deflection of the main beam in the process of cantilever construction stage are proposed;(5)Finally,the temperature effect analysis of pier stiffness,prestressing force on the bridge closure,proposed closure scheme.
