With the rapid development of bridge construction in our country,swivel bridge type continuous rich and varied,the span and tonnage of the swivel constantly refresh the record of bridge construction at home and abroad,large tonnage bridge requires not only with a good precision,high intensity of swivel spherical hinge parts,on the ball joint of concrete turntable also put forward more and higher requirements,this paper in Wanjiagou bridge rotation construction control and stability analysis of the project as the engineering background,using finite element software ANSYS,Midas FEA of large tonnage T structure swivel bridge pile cap cracking performance analysis.The main contents are:1,the main reason of the early cracking of the rotary table concrete structure is the main cause of the uneven tensile stress caused by cement hydration heat,so the temperature stress analysis and the evaluation of the ten days of the large volume concrete cap rotary table are simulated.2,to 10000 ditch bridge as an example,swivel bridge construction,under the most unfavorable load turntable concrete in along the bridge to the Y axis,the X axis transverse to the bridge,the vertical Z axis direction of the typical profile of the stress distribution.3,with reference to the specification requirements,for large volume cap turntable temperature anti crack measures are proposed,and through the analysis of the swing bridge pile cap in the configuration of the three to prestressed,under the vertical load and torque traction force transmission mode and failure mode are the twist cap under the load crack suggestions,in the final analysis study showed that large tonnage T type rigid frame bridge swivel cap cracking factors mainly the crack caused by temperature stress,and unbalanced from cracking under the action of bending moment.
