Based On Database Of Chongqing Expressway Integrated Management

With the implementation of the western development and the pace of the national backbone highway planning 7918,Chongqing Expressway is facing an unprecedented rapid development.Degree of standardization of the expressway construction and the characteristics of expressway,determines the expressway integrated management's requirements which to be digitization,standardization,normalization and scientific decision-making in the future.Expressway integrated management system will facilitate the expressway management's progress to a large extent,and accelerate the pace of highway management's modernization.In the information society,the full and effective managing and using various information resources,are the prerequisites of scientific research and decision management.Database technology is the core of information management systems,office automation systems,decision support systems,and other information systems,which is an important technical means for scientific research and decision management.In this paper,analysis the status of enterprise data management,according to the characteristics and applications of database at this stage,to tease out the popular database systems,and summed up to build a complete and efficient database management system processes.Collecting expressway's data of construction,operation,maintenance and financial,and using VBA applications combine EXCEL software to build an integrated highway management database.Base on this database,Predicts the Chongqing Expressway Limited Company's maintenance costs by the method of Regression Model,and use "regression,time series hybrid model" to predict the main road fees.We find out the second way can get the more accurate and consistent data results.Which makes the Chongqing Expressway Limited Company's integrated management more accurate and scientific.
