Study On Project Controlling In Large-scale Public Construction Project

In recent years,our country built all kinds of large public construction projects,in the process of construction project encountered investment,progress,quality problems,technical problems,but the main one is the organization,coordination and management issues.In existing project management modes,the owners' management level and control ability is limited,and the traditional information processing method is backward,so the owners cannot get effective information in time,leading to the owner making a scientific and effective decision difficultly.Therefore,this article introduce the new organization pattern_Project Controlling into the large public construction project management,through literature research and model analysis method,interdisciplinary research method and case analysis method,this article research the control process of Project Controlling and the content of each plane,use cloud computing technology to design the Project Controlling model based on cloud computing,trying to provide certain reference for Project Controlling model,in order to provide overall and strategic advisory services for project owners.During the study of Project Controlling in large public construction projects,the research works in this paper mainly focus on the following aspects: first,the text of this dissertation synthetically expounds the large construction projects,Project Controlling and Cloud computing,that form the essential theoretical foundation of the article;Secondly,on the basis of the control process of Project Controlling management system,the business functions of Project Controlling can be divided into four planes,namely the target plane,information plane,reporting plane and user plane,and the writer analyze the key content of every level particularly;Again,the writer actively build the Project Controlling management model based on the theory of cloud computing,this thought that applies the cloud computing services is the innovation of this article,is also this article heavy difficulty;Finally,this paper take the Air Force ' s Air University school training department and simulation center project for instance to verify the Project Controlling model based on the cloud computing.And it gives the conclusions and prospects of this paper.In this paper,the research for Project Controlling mode of large public construction project provides a new method,to a certain extent,also extends the application area of cloud computing technology in the field of engineering.The application of cloud computing technology,not only can solve the storage problem of massive information,but also can provide the high-tech software that project managers need in the actual project to project managers in the cloud.Therefore,project managers can get hold of the engineering information more accurately,the parties will also be able to realize real-time monitoring on engineering control,all this will contribute to the project management work.Applying cloud computing to Project Controlling management,not only in theoretical innovation,but also on the project management practices.
