With the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years,people's requirements to the building are much higher,and have changed from the original security and reliability to the current intelligence and energy saving.The scale of buildings is expanded continuously;the average height of the global new constructions has been increased year by year;the level of the construction area is raised from tens of thousands square meters to one million square meters;energy-saving emission reduction and intelligent monitoring to the constructions is paid more and more attention.The power distribution system of intelligent integration studied in this paper can monitor all equipments in building on electric energy and the public service facilities on integration,improve the ability to find and handle faults,protect the safety,reduce the numbers of tubing or wiring and later maintenance persons,and provide the users an efficient,reliable and secure monitoring system.The paper takes the distribution system of intelligent integration as the research object,and firstly analyzes the overall scheme of the system.This analysis is divided into three parts to elaborate: system design,system protection and system design requirements,and mainly elaborate the design requirements of the boiler system,air conditioning system,distribution system and the elevator system.In the part of hardware design,the paper will introduce the control principle of the distribution system of intelligent integration,draw the schematic diagram,and select the relevant hardware according to the principle,to lay a good foundation for the paper.It will select the S7-200 PLC as a peripheral of the monitoring system.In the software design part,it will apply STEP 7 programming software to complete the program compilation of the distribution system,air conditioning system and lighting system.The PID control algorithm will be joined into the air-conditioning system to make up for the lack of control.It will apply Kingview 6.53 software to complete the PLC's monitoring to the distribution system of intelligent integration and collection the data of monitoring interface,set the related parameters repeatedly,to ensure the realization of the function.Finally,taking a city complex as an example,this paper analyzes the application of the distribution system of intelligent integration in practical engineering,and compares the economic benefits of traditional design and intelligent integrated design.The system's development has been completed,has been implemented in relevant projects,and achieved good results on the energy-saving emission reduction and reliable operation.
